I contacted Rothband by email to enquire about/order an X-Ray light they supply. Following my email, I got several phone calls to both the number I supplied and other numbers they found themselves to follow up my order. I explained in a follow up email I was deaf and asked could we deal with enquiries and order by email rather than phone. I was immediately ghosted and all contact was dropped with no reply. A follow up email met the same fate - total radio silence. I can only infer from this that they are totally unwilling to deal with a reasonable request to accomodate a customer with a mild disability. What an absolute disgrace - clearly a company of salespeople unwilling to make even small adjustments to help a customer.
