After contacting Rotagrip i spoke on phone to Nathan and Ian about chuck jaws i needed for a Taiwan machine. After speaking i decided to down to them. Ian is a very knowledgeable person the boss and gave me time when he was busy. Although i only needed jaws which they were happy to supply off the shelf they also had a correct new Vertex chuck.
