    We have been many years ago to Rossodisera in Covent Garden, and the quality of the food was really good likewise the hospitality and the professionalism of the waiting staff. We booked tonight but in a different venue, Hampested Heat. We booked at 20:30, but we were a bit late due to some delays on the tube. By mistake, we didn't call the restaurant to inform them about our 10 minutes delay, because we were sure that the kitchen was open at least until 9 pm due to the online closing time it's 11 pm. Anyway we went to the venue and I apologize for the delay, but the waiter told me that because I didn't call them they decided to close the kitchen without calling us to see if we were coming or not, this is not professional. At least they could call us. I do work in hospitality, and even in small or big restaurants, we call the customers when they are 10 minutes late, before changing the closing time.
