Friendly people on site who helped advise someone who knows nothing about scrap (me) when helping out a mate. My bank details for payment must have got mistaken as i never initially received the payment, completely forgot about it all together until the owner turned up at my door to apologise and clarify the details. I'd not chased this due to forgetting and feel a lot of companies would just let it slide and not mention. I feel they went out their way to resolve a small sum for me. Good and honest service. Can't ask for more than that.
