I thought that all staff, irrespective of their job, were friendly, polite and available to help if needed. The only criticism I could offer is related to the current building works but I realise that this is a temporary thing and so won't be relevant when the work is completed.

I attended Ross Hall Hospital on 25 May 2023. It is busy with building work being done to improve the facilities. There is some noise between 9am and 5pm. I really didn't mind that, as I required an operation a.s.a.p. My experience was that every staff member was polite and helpful. Accommodation was good . The food and service was excellent. My surgeon Mr Ahmad was great as he put me at ease before and after surgery. I can't thank him and all the staff at Ross Hall enough. We'll done.
