In a good location, with large carpark and near the main bus routes, the shop is nice and clean and well lit, with space to walk around, staff really helpful. Very good service.

I recently used Rosscare to service my Scooter and i can only say the service was fantastic ,the Technician ( MICK ) was very good did the job no fuss ,said i needed a new part came a couple days later and fitted it at no extra charge excellent Thank you Rosscare ( AND OF COURSE MICK )

Made an arrangement for equipment to be picked up today between 9am -12pm, I rang and told them the equipment would be outside ready and waiting as I’d be at work. Its 3pm & it’s not been picked up but when I called, the receptionist said there was no answer when he came! If he actually drove to my property it would have been in full view! Poor service

Ross care have not lived up to there advertising , they arrived twice with the wrong equipment, hence my sister could not come out of Hospital until they got there act together. Poor service would not recommend.
