Sent for a electrical repair and they decided to change the seat cushion and back support cushion and mess with back support .the cushion are 2 inches thinner. 3 inches smaller. So my knees are on chest and can'get leg support lowered as hit floor

Extremely poor service that results in more damage to your wheelchair than you had before going to them. Also if your opening time says 9-5 then don’t turn the phone off at 4.45pm. What a waste of government funds

Feckless, brainless and ignorant. I've been waiting three weeks plus, and yet nothing. One fella came out and ordered parts I never needed. The other fella was sound and he apologised so much. The office staff don't know thier arse from thier elbows. Promise after promise broken. What hurts most is I can't take my 5 year old out and she goes back to school Monday. I am lost for words to describe how I feel. My advice don't believe a word they say and don't count on anyone coming out to fix your chair. The NHS and Ross should be ashamed of themselves.

Very Frustrated having to wait for up to 30 minutes or more to speak to someone about the repair work on my powerchair wheelchair that Ross Care are Fully Aware because I have been trying too speak to someone who could help me too arrange the planned repair work on my powerchair wheelchair that Ross Care are Fully Aware of because they phoned me and asked me to contact Ross Care about arranging for the repair work to be carried out, Ross Care need to recruit more people to answer the telephone as a matter of urgency as the customer service is not working at present
