If I could Minus stars I would. I was CRYING to this rude man whilst holding my babys ashes. I was 15 mins late due to Brighton traffic but didnt require too long anyway as I just needed to scatter his ashes and thats it. At arrival, he asked for an additonal £50 despite this service already being over priced. We were a little surpised but of course we knew we had to pay. He started telling us off and being rude generally. I asked him to not argue as we're paying and how I dont want my final moments with my son to be like this. He made an already difficult day even worse. Absolute monster of a human
