Attended a few weddings here and also had dinner. Extremely lovely place, food, and location are spot on. They dress the room up for the wedding amazingly and really make it special. Delicious food in a beautiful hotel / restaurant setting. The decor is vibrant and refreshing, food delicious and kitchen very accommodating to vegan / gluten dietary requirements. Staff were wonderfully helpful. Lots of parking out the back too. Will definitely return!

Food & drinks: The starters were OK, but didn't have a wow factor. The main course was very good. The deserts were nice but again no wow factor. Would I go back ....yes, but I would probably skip starters and deserts and have the bread and then cheese as a desert. Service was added to the bill. The bill was around £350 with drinks, we spent the whole evening just enjoying it!

Rooms: The room was beautifully decorated and had everything you could imagine you could want for your stay. Shame there is no lift, but totally understand why there isn't one. Food & drinks: We had chicken liver starter, and steaks for our mains, and ice cream and sorbets for pudding. Our servers were friendly and really pleasant when they took care of us.

Had Sunday lunch with friends three course lunch. First courses very good, main course no more than alright served up as you would expect from a "cafe" desserts very good. Asked if we wanted water forgot to say tap water given bottle and charged nearly five pounds. Overall a reasonable experience but does not warrant cost of forty four pounds (including service charge) for food and unexceptional wine at thirty two pounds for Pinot Gricio.
