How a company that sells a high end commodity can staff the phones with failed stock market floor traders is bewildering. Spent 30 mins with a chippy kid who refused to refund my late fathers 50k investment, even when the price has gone up over 4 years. Funny that. (Btw ‘late’ means dead, don’t think he’ll call). Charles rang me after saying ‘we always offer to buy back.’ 4 years after my father spent nearly £50,000, Charles offered £24,000. For reference my fathers name was James Ball, so we don’t have to go through the ‘account not found’ false review nonsense. I was led to believe there was a 4% restocking fee, as is on the invoice. This is not the case.

I would like to share a very positive experience that I recently had with Rosland Capital. I had an urgent need to sell three of my graded Britannias and the London company that I had purchased them from declined to buy them back. This was contrary to what they had told me when I purchased the coins from them. I phoned around and Rosland agreed to buy them although I was not a client of theirs. This gesture enabled me to honour a commitment to the Home Office. I am very grateful to Mr Kinner and the rest of the staff.

Not had the greatest experience so far sold gold to mother and not been very helpful since. Call and write and get no response. They seem they want you to buy but not so interested when it comes to you wanting to sell. ******************************* 2 months later agreed to buy back coins but still no funds received. Starting to doubt the money will ever arrive. *********************************** Finally received funds 3 months later. Invest in this company at your own peril, your Receive back for coins a lot less then you paid for them.
