Gave me a terrible gel manicure for £35, chipped the next day and charged me extra for builder gel which is meant to make it last longer. Said I could have it redone then charged me another £10. Won’t be returning. It should have been redone for free when it wasn’t done properly to begin with.

I have been going to this salon since I moved to London. At the start the quality was amazing and my nails lasted ages. In the past few months I have had to keep returning to the salon because the French manicure was chipping within one week. Recently I went again and the white tip chipped off the next day. I went to the salon for a repair and she was very rude to me. She told me it’s my fault it happened and she won’t do my nails anymore. It never used to happen when she first started doing my nails. The past few times she has rushed them. Very unprofessional in there instead of getting to the bottom of why it is happening she was rude and has lost a good customer. Avoid poor customer service! VERY POOR, TERRIBLE SERVICE I type this whilst sitting in a reputable nail salon 45 minutes from my house when Rosies Nail Bar is 10 minutes away! I really wanted to like this place as it is located in a conveniently area where one can park for free in sainsbury's. However, I was left feeling so disappointed with their service. They rushed my nails in order to fit in another customer and this is a prime example of choosing quantity over quality. I had shellac done and it started chipping away the very next day! It is a shame their business model is focused on having as many customers in and out as opposed to customer satisfaction. Never again! Service: French manicures
