Went to a birthday party on Sunday 14th May for Sharifs Son, it was amazing. The decor and food was brilliant, everyone was impressed with the venue food and decor. Highly recommend this venue !

We've had a fantastic experience at this venue, the hall looked amazing and the staff worked extremely hard to cater for our needs, hats off to them. The food was delicious at the nikkah. I got to give credit to Jay for being a fantastic host 👏. I see a few negative reviews about the event. All I can say is more than expected people came.

I was recently invited to roshons banqueting hall for one of my friends weddings and I have to say it was a terrible experience. The staff was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. Their supervisor was rude and unhelpful. She intentionally ignored us as well as the brides family multiple times and It was clear they had no interest in making our special day memorable. To top it all off, the manager/owner was utterly rude and had no sense of respect for his customers. He seemed to care more about getting us out of the venue quickly than making sure we were happy with our experience. When we tried to voice our concerns, he brushed us off and refused to make things right. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding Roshan Banqueting hall at all costs.

This is the worst hall to ever book! The service is terrible, the manger is rude and doesn’t care about his customers, the staff are tremendously rude, they clean up the tables whilst the guests are still sat at the tables and eating, they gather all the plates and cups and cutlery onto tables whilst guests are sat on them, the cutlery was dirty it had food stains all over them, the Bengali girl that was managing the staff was rude,when we asked her for assistance she simply just ignored!, the men were present even though it was specifically a ALL WOMENS wedding,I would definitely 100% not recommend this hall as everything is so out of place and has bad hygiene.

Booked this venue for my son's wedding (05.05.2023).. fabulous hall...decor and furniture. All appears to be new and not 'worn out ' like most venues. Toilet facilities were clean for both males and females. All staff were courteous and polite. Excellent security and car parking. The site manager, Jay, ensured we all had a wonderful evening. Jay...thank you!! Wishing you all the best for the future.
