This place needs new management or staff or something absolutely awful in 27years I don’t think they ever actually helped any my situation.. receptionist thinks she can diagnose people over the phone an attitude is disgusting rude an stuck up… Doctors do not give a worry about anyone problems an will wait 2 months for a appointment to be basically told to go on your way the best way they can say it

I've been a patient for over 30 years and I can't fault them. Always get an appointment even if it's a phone call. Receptionist friendly. Only thing that does annoy me is when almost always runs late for appointments. I'm the only person in the waiting room and can still be waiting 20mins over my appointment time to be seen. Dr or nurse is always apologetic but it's never a 1 off thing. But I wouldn't change surgery's. Keep up the good work

Took over 3 weeks to get an appointment, once I was in with the doctor 10 mins after my appointment time I was then rushed as someone else was waiting and I was spoken to like a child and told to hurry up. I was upset and so disgusted by the appointment and the so called professional doctor that I will now be signing on with another medical center in fact any other medical center will do as it would be better than Rosemary Road. Awful experience with disgraceful professionals.

I've been a patient for 30 years and it's just AWFUL all over. The receptionists are rude, impatient and on a power trip. The doctors are rude, insulting and just unhelpful. Wait times are ridiculous, both to get an appointment and while in the waiting room, just to see a doctor who disrespects and dismisses you. Avoid if possible and be prepared to stand up for yourself.

They didnt check my 2 years old properly since hes born and his testicals not down yet it either turns into a cancer or has to have a operation before he turn 1.5 years old hes 2 and they refusing to give emergency appointment and lady on the phone saying it will not turn to a cancer in 2 weeks..!! It will effect his future and if not treated urgently he wont be able to have kids. This people over the phone have no knowledge at all. Im taking him to private hospital in london and incase of anything good luck to you all in the court
