The guys at Rosehill pet & equine crematorium are a fantastic team. They really look after you and your beloved pets so well, I honestly couldn't have asked for any better. Nothing is too much for them, you can ask any questions and they are always willing to help as best as they can. The premises are not too hard to find and inside is very comfortable with a quiet area to say your last goodbyes. There are a lot of urn choices to choose from so you will definitely find something you like.

After my beloved skye was put to sleep 2xweeks ago i requested vets to send her to rosehill for private cremation.was very upset and disappointed when told it would be a couple of days before they vould take her as " busy with horses".when asking how long they didnt know.. as i was upset i found this unacceptable.was then told maybe "billy"could spare an hour to.put her in van..hence i said no and found holmes to heavan in eccleshall .what a shame niall and siobhan left

I will never be able to thank Chloe & Billy enough for all they have done for me and my husband. When we lost Harley our world was shattered. From the moment I spoke to Chloe to Billy coming to get him I was blown away by their compassion and understanding. Chloe even stayed with him for the whole process and text me to reassure me he wasn’t on his own she even did his paw print for me which I will cherish forever what an amazing thing to do for you I really recommend you get the paw print it’s beautiful. Sadly we had to have our beautiful boy, Buddy, put to sleep. Rosehill Pet Crematorium were just amazing. When my husband and I arrived with Buddy, Niall came out to the car to meet us. He was so gentle and caring as he took our boy out of the car and carried him into their quiet room. Niall then gave us time on our own to say our final goodbyes. We never felt rushed and we were given as much time as we needed. We truly felt that Buddy would be treated with love and respect and he was. When we came to collect him a couple of days later again the level of care and just little gestures were so touching, his urn had been placed in a lovely bag decorated with dried flowers and his blanket we had brought him in had been carefully rolled up and placed next to his urn. What was a truly heartbreaking time was made slightly easier thanks to the care and genuine commitment to provide the best level of service from Niall and everyone at Rosehill. Thank you for all your help.
