My son has got an ear problem 3 weeks back. I called Rosegarth and asked them to give a doctor appointment for the same. Doctor prescribed an ear drop without checking the root cause of the problem. Even after a week, when the problem was not resolved, I gave a call back and asked them to set up an appointment again. This time, doctor checked and mentioned that the ear drops prescribed last time was for ear infection so it won't work and he will write another one today. WHAT A JOKE doctors are placing!

Terrible surgery, stay away . My daughter had been removed from the register without notifying us. Found out when she needed medical help due to an allergic reaction that could have been life threatening. Staff took 3 days without returning a call. Had to go into the surgery after many calls and was spoken to rudely. Disgrace .. you’re in the wrong job if you don’t want to assist people medically.

Completely useless, refuse to write prescriptions or administer medications for drugs that I've been on for 16+ years because they weren't involved in the original diagnosis. Refuse to book me an appointment to talk to the GP about said issue putting my quality of life at risk.

Asked for an appointment three week ago, received a call. Told to contact again if any issues, went to a&e instead as out of hours. Called back today and said don’t call between certain times as I’m in a meeting, call back slap bang in this time and tell me they can’t call me back and I’ve to call back to rearrange a call. Back to A&e I go. Awful attitude!

Not even worthy of a star! The amount of time you have to wait to speak to the receptionist is utterly disgraceful. I was on hold for 1hr waiting 2nd in queue whilst going through something very painful. The receptionist are rude, unwelcoming and self minded. Shambolic service.
