My mother went to rehab yesterday from Southend hospital and was met by a Head of rehab who only wanted to cover the home against litigation so it felt The room smelt of urine and the bed was not made But the paintwork was nice and bright and New Asked to be moved to another room and was told by this head of rehab that there was not any available But asked the nurse if they were full she said there was two rooms not occupied All in all not a good start See what today brings 2 weeks have passed And must admit the management and staff have been excellent also the food as far as my mother was concerned was really great And she will definitely miss a number of the staff I just hope that the staff member who sparked this review realise just what the families require and act accordingly I will revise my star 🌟 rating to 4.75 🌟
