Was interested in to buy flat but some of the flats are occupied by escorts. So I had to find different building!

Don’t ever rent or buy a property from here! It’s a building with all kinds of flats. First, there’s no management in this building. Anything happens within the building, you have no one to go to. Only person who deals with this is from the letting agent. When we first move in, we need an access code to access the building or the bin area. No one told us anything about the access code since we have no one to ask. We manage to get the access code in the end from a homeless, which is ridiculous. This means that homeless can access the area for shelter and etc. I don’t mean to be rude but which means that anyone can access to the building and the bin area and this doesn’t make the place safe. Quite often, our parcels got missing cause they been left out in the common area in the ground floor. All the furnitures in the flat are low quality. They might look nice when you first see them but after few weeks of using them, they broke. We need to get someone to Fix our wardrobe every month. Totally not worth the money you paying for the services and management.
