Needs some serious TLC, very worn and tired... All Bedding and towels smelt of stale smoke, kettle broke, very noisy from next door ( 1.30 AM) had to ring out of hours line, man took 35 minutes to come and sort the noise out and was very abrupt on the phone. The wardrobe doors were broken, shower had no pressure at all, Toilet roll holder broken. The robes provided all had holes and rips in, hot tub was filthy. Book some where else, this place needs some serious maintenance doing...

I would never ever recommend this place.The owner and the son had blocked us in and told us to take out the trash. They were very rude and would not let 5 vunerable girls move. I was very very UNCOMFORTABLE. The family owning these lodges are not pleasant people. They were rude and told us to deal with it when we requested to speak with management. They left us cold the whole night after telling us they will come and fix the heating. The shower was broken. You should all spend your money elsewhere because the service these people provide is absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Really disappointing. 3rd year here and don’t recognise the place. Lodge wasn’t properly cleaned (carpets not vacuumed, dead flies in bathroom floor). Lot of equipment missing from lodge. BBQ was filthy and unusable. Most vexing was the complete absence of any service helpline. Reception was closed and ‘emergency’ telephone went directly to voicemail. No response to messages or texts. 60th birthday BBQ plans abandoned. Food wasted. Zero response from management team.

Lovely lodge style cabins...jacuzzi on decking around the lodge..patio area bbq,and hose pipe on decking area...can sleep 8...2 car park spaces outside your lodge..large front room dinning room kitchen area..tv, Internet provided..fire,log burner,comfy sofas plenty of room to move around...one bathroom with bath,sink and toilet...one bedroom with 2 single beds in one bedroom with one double bed in and ensuite room with double bed in..then a small room with games console and computer desk and hair dry and tongs in it. Bathrobes and slippers provided for hot tub..towels are provided..kitchen you have kettle, toaster,air fryer,steamer,microwave, hob oven..most utensils...have reception and small shop on site.. have wedding area and beach bar and play area and dog play area..dog friendly..lots of open space to play in..play area with trampoline swings climbing frame seasaw picnic benches..you can do local walks around the area and great anyton just 10 minutes drive..roseberry topping send James Cook monument not to far away..Nice views of the hills and roseberry topping from the grounds...definitely worth a stay....

Stayed for a week, a very enjoyable holiday, grandkids enjoyed the play park, hottub and games in lodge, bbq 😀 worked as did most of the equipment, could have done with a good coffee machine, and lost a star because recycling of rubbish could have been a lot better, and water pressure was poor for showers and use of dish washer. Overall though I would definitely recommend.
