When you call the surgery at 8:00 they don't pick up for 30 and when I walk into the surgery the reception staff are busy talking and not answering calls and they are very rude staff and I once called in and they booked the appointment for the wrong person.

I'm finding this doctors highly stressful to go and see! I've had on going issues with health and never get any follow ups! It seems like they never answer the phones. I was due a call from the doctor at 12 today and I'm still sitting here at 2 0'clock.

Absolutely amazing staff, Doctor Sandra and the reception staff who were working on 23/12/2022 pretty much saved my life by submitting a 2 week cancer referral before the christmas break, they went above and beyond to make sure that I got the appointment asap. Cannot thank them enough.

Unlike the other reviews, the GP, nurses and receptionists have left me with an overall very positive experience. Yes, the building doesn't look great and would benefit from a revamp but most importantly the staff treat you with care and that's all you can ask!

Never had an issue with this surgery, the staff are always polite. the surgery uses an online platform called e-consult for bookings which is very fast, I always get called back and just last week I had an over the phone appointment, the doctor was fantastic due to the doctor not been satisfied with the outcome she called me in for a checkup.

It seems that no one can be bothered to answer the phone. They were very good with my other half when she had a tumour which is why it saddens me to give such a poor review. They just don't answer the phone. I called them once, stayed on loud speaker and drove to the surgery while phone was still ringing and there were no one in the waiting room when I got there 😕

One of the best practices I've been registered to. Yes, it is difficult to get thrue the phone lines in the morning, but when you do get thrue, reception girls are very friendly. They go extra mile to make aure you get the help needed. GP is simply the best. They do miss up with prescriptions time by time, but they quickly sort it out. Practice manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.
