Yesterday I had a cover up session with Oceane, honestly the best session I’ve ever had. She was very nice, she was always checking on me. The team were also so friendly and offered me drinks also. I can honestly say these tattoos are the best tattoos that I have ever had. I never even thought tattoos could look this good!!! I’m honestly so happy I had Oceane as my tattoo artist I really really recommend her. Her work is amazing. Honestly 10/10 service, I will definitely be coming back. Second visit to Rose of Mercy and second time being tattooed by Frank. Brilliant as usual, takes the time to make you comfortable, have a catchup and then give the best tattoo you could ask for whilst having fun the whole time! Also Mia was a pleasure to deal with in regards to bookings, really helpful, patient and did an amazing job, including making sure I was looked after in store. Lastly, big shout out to Kieran, who talked through Frank's flash, made sure I was alright the whole time and was super chill and lovely to talk to! The place is very nice and the people as well. Unfortunately i have to give one star due to the “artist”who inked me.. beware of Adam! I’ve booked a tattoo with him a month ago and we’ve discussed a set price and design. He then suddenly asked me to rearrange the tattoo one day earlier and i accomodate his requests, plus he changed the design and removed a lot of details with the excuse that “it wasn’t his style”. The day arrives and he asks me to get there earlier then the time arranged and i did. End of the story, once the tattoo was done he asked me to pay 30% more of what we’ve discussed for whatever reason invented by him on the spot. Now that a month have passed and the tattoo has healed I can confirm that it wasn’t a good idea to trust this guy.. lot’s of imprecisions and bits of ink missing. Tiny welcoming and comfy place , everything is clean, the tatoo artists and the personal are super kind! I was tatooed by Frank (@frankcarter23), he was very professional and gentle, the session went very well in a relaxed atmosphere, I had a great time, from the design of the tatoo with him to the last bit of ink of the finish touch ! The result is all I wanted, I can't be more satisfied with it I highly recommend this place if you want a tatoo, I'm sure you'll find something for you ! I'm definitely coming back! Julien
