No words are enough to express how thankful I am to this company! Nothing is ever too much trouble, the horses safety is priority at all time. The boxes are pristine inside and out and so so beautiful to drive. The customer service is outstanding and the entire process is so smooth and stressful free. I have hired from Nina now for over 4years - since my mare had an accident and knocked my confidence travelling. Nina gave her own time to help make traveling enjoyable and safe, for both me and my horses. Without her we wouldn’t have been able to make all the incredible memories we have made up to this point. Not forgetting the time I returned the lorry and had lost my car keys. Without hesitation Nina drove me all the way home and looked after my car for me until I could come back.

We have hired the box about 6 times always scrupulously clean. However on Friday my daughters horse had an accident on the road and needed a vet then emergency transport. Nina dropped everything and came and picked us up and brought us back to the yard. She was so calm in a very stressful situation. I cannot thank you enough and am eternally grateful.

Nina at Rose Horse Box Hire is always so super helpful and friendly. We hired Rose 2 for Pony Club Camp last Summer, I had never driven a box before and she was so positive and encouraging - she really empowered me to feel like I could do it ! The box drove like a dream, the camera is brilliant so that you can keep an eye on the ponies while travelling. The box itself was perfect, clean, tip top condition and such a joy to use. 10/10 service and style !!!
