Appalling. 4 months have passed and my relative is still not buried. Absolutely no communication from Rose Hill throughout. The lack of care from themselves is sickening and has caused distress to my whole family. Rose Hill should be ashamed of themselves.

Had a plaque put on a rose Bush for my dad back in 2020, we were told at the time that a new one for my mum would be changed to match my dad's still waiting in March 2023 after number of phone calls and visits to complain. then for some reason they decided to put 2 black plaques on which were never discussed, then put the wrong name on my mums they put mirium instead of Audrey she was always know as Audrey, this made it look like it was in memory of a 3rd family member added, went and took the black plaques off my self ,shocking service

I attended the place where my dad's ashes were scattered and we was allocated a resting place to place flowers etc.We have been regularly for the past 5 years ,he had a plaque with his name and verse on ,couple of special vases again with name on.On attending this week we found the grass had been cut (the cemetery is always well kept, grass never over grown)my Dad's things had been moved as usual to cut the grass. Our belongings for my dad was nowhere is sign,we searched everywhere even around the tree that is only a couple of feet away where some other people's things had been put.I was getting extremely upset as nothing could be found after about 35 minutes we found my dad's things in the undergrowth amongst tall grass and some weeds behind the path. This really upset me as usually they pit things back, I have tried calling the office on site several times but nobody picks up.I know this seems trivial to some but to me it was very upsetting.
