Smashing venue, nice big car park. Interior decor is really nice. The hall is very big and spacious. The dance floor is really cool, having some great lighting for giving that extra ambience. Food was a decent three course menu that tasted good. The pints were fresh and chilled. So all in all a very nice venue. Good job it was built having the Royal Banqueting Suite gone from this side of Town.

Arranged a viewing at rose garden for our wedding reception. It went really well with Ranjit and we were really happy with the package, and that our date was available to book. Went back for a 2nd meeting & at the end when we wanted to confirm the booking and leave a deposit they said the venue had already been booked for that date !!! We had been liasing with Monique over email who arranged both viewings for us knowing full well our date was already booked. Why let us arrange a 2nd viewing knowing it was NOT available? Our experience here has only confirmed the bad reputation that the management is known for. Can only imagine what would have gone wrong on our big day had we gone ahead and booked! Bad communication. Bad management and I’m now back to square one with no venue!

Professional from start to finish. Beautiful venue, decor was lovely and very helpful staff. Brilliant experience with Monique, from the initial meeting, to the food tasting, to the final meeting. Event manager on the day was great, constant updates and ensured we were happy and comfortable in the Bride&Groom Suite. Many compliments from family and friends about the venue, from the lighting to the food. Would definitely recommend - best wedding venue in Wolverhampton!
