This was the worst place I've visited after living 5 years in London, with the most incompetent and impotent staff. Staff was also ignorant and rude. Brought many dishes wrong without apologizing and offering to correct once we mentioned it. All the food we ordered was bad and unpleasant. We waited 2 hours for a burger and a chicken sandwich, but they never arrived after repeatedly asking for them as well. The staff asked us 9 times in total what dishes are missing and did not have absolutely no idea for which tables the meals were for. After waiting for 2.5 hours, the dishes never arrived. We asked for a refund just for the burger and they took another 1 hour to process it. The staff also mentioned that our wait time was only half hour, not 1.5 hours and basically calling us liars without apologizing. After 3 hours and finally managing to sort out the refund, they miraculously brought the burger. We did not accept and got the refund, still without any apology for waiting 2 hours for a burger & a sandwich. Stay away and never go there.

Tried this place as seen the reviews as mostly positive. We were a table of 6 ordered food separately and one person was being told a dish was out of stock and could not order that dish then another person ordered and was available. Staff ignorant and rude. Brought most dishes wrong with no offer to replace or correct once mentioned. 1 dish never arrived we mentioned it. 3 staff asked us total 5 times what is missing and seemed to have no clue for which tables the meals were for. After waiting an hour the dish never arrived. Asked for refund just for that 1 dish and the staff member mentioned the wait was half hour not one hour (absolutely was 1 hr)without apologising that 1 person was left without food. Once they were about to sort refund, miraculously they brought the dish. Did not accept and got refund as had to leave. No apology for leaving one person without food despite us telling what the dish was 5 times never made an effort and didnt care. The food was very poor and low quality. I would not recommend this place
