Scam company, they trade as professor herb and another scam company called cougarbeautyproducts Made an order for a product retailing at £17.99 and 3 tiny bottles of the body creams arrived totally damaged, emailed them with pics and they apologized and said they would send another straight away After hearing nothing I sent 4 email which were totally ignored, I was given a phone number that doesn't exist. Had no idea they were same trading company of the Rosdon group when I ordered from professor herb I had the same issue with an order from Cougarbeauty, who didn't even send what I ordered stating it was lost in the post, money lost, definitely a scam. On both occasions they have taken the money and no products, disgusting and appalling They have been reported to Trading Standards. beware this company

So I purchased 2 keratin masks by accident. When I paid I realised I bought two units instead of one. Well, I contacted them straight away. I received reply saying "Thank you for reaching out when putting your order in,i can see you would like to cancel your order.Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order as it has already been shipped however the lady who packed your order had notified me of your comment left when ordering and she left out of keratin hair mask therefore you will only receive one as you would have wanted initially and i will refund you the £34.99 so you only pay p&p.Let me know your thoughts". So I paid for two masks, received just one of them and I haven't been refunded still (it's been almost a month).
