I just completed the sales of one of my commercial properties using Rory Mack. Their agency fee was reasonable. Martin from Rory Mack was easily reachable by phone most of time, and replied to my emails the same day or the next day. There were some delays due to Covid and short staff at their office. But in general I am happy with the services provided by Rory Mack, and will not hesitate to recommend them.

They had the property for 2 years and couldn't let it out, the very moment I find my own tenant, they miraculously have a tenant! Anyway - looks like a company with unscrupulous values (based on other reviews) and my own experience: I paid their withdrawal fee but they took me to court for the full letting fee, disbursements and credit check fees as I found my own tenant. Read their contract - they try to keep infinite hold on lettings with their withdrawal clause even when they don't do the work. Just had to bite a sour bullet in Smalls Claims Court because I didn't change their contract at the start. You've been warned. Response: Firstly - we didn't see a Judge - that was an Arbitration (prior to a court hearing - if we got that far), secondly you didn't do the job, hence why were where were and finally, you obviously have nothing better to do hence why you did a round trip of over 150miles, waste hours of your life and yet you're here boasting about your many years on the job. Bravo Mr Stephen Gallet, Bravo!
