Recently had a Tesla Alloy wheel refurbished after a ping on a kerb and these guys did a great job. All of their work is done in-house, turnaround was quick (60hrs) and the matching of the colour was excellent. I was very impressed. Don’t be put off my the relatively small number of Google reviews - this place is great.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. WE ARE NOW IN COURT. SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED On June 14, June 14, 2022, I sent my Bentley Continental GT plate number YJZ4784 to Root wheel Repair to do the activities below. Spray the four sets of Brake callipers colour Red Repair all the scratches on the four sets of wheels to Black The car was returned to me on June 17 2022. On June 19 2022, while driving, the car started vibrating a lot and then I realised that my Front right-hand tyre was wrongly installed ( Inside out even though there was a clear description of how the tyre should face. So I returned the car to Root Wheel repair, and they changed the tyre. The car is only driven on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday. On July 16 2022, while i was moving at 50mph, my car started to vibrate, and I was scared for my life. I pulled over to the hard shoulder and found two bolts missing from my front tyre. I was scared and got a towing truck to tow the car home. I immediately informed Rootwheel repair on the same day and got a response on Monday, July 18, 2022, that they would send two engineers to my building to rectify this problem. Unfortunately, rather than Root wheel Repair to tow my Bentley GT, they drove a 2 tonnes car with only two bolts holding the front right wheel. This further damaged the Alloy wheel, I believe. The vehicle was returned three days later, on July 21, 2022. They claimed the car was now fixed and tested with no more problems. On July 22 2022, At 11 pm, I was driving at 50MPH, and my car fell apart. I almost died if not for the grace of God. Only one bolt was holding the front tyre, and the tyre was wobbling. I left the car over there, and In the morning, AA arrived, and to their disbelief, after they took the tyre out, they saw a worn bolt wound with a wire stripper. They said they had never seen this in 31years of their life, and I could have died. Please see EXH. They could not fix the car and towed the car to a garage. The garage was shocked to see the bolts used on a 2 tonnes car. So the below had to be replaced. The Wheel hub was replaced for a total of £401.00. Picture attached. The alloy wheel was damaged, and all four had to be replaced for a total of ( £1,683.60) since they only sell four and not 1. The spacer was broken and replaced. Please see attached The cost of replacing the alloys and tyres was £170.00.

Before and after. Excellent service, my rims were scratched and damaged. After my visit to Root wheel repair I can say I am very happy with the final results of the rims. Made them look brand new.
