Very happy with Roomsense! Kitchen looks great and the timetable was adhered to really well, from design visit to surveyor, gutting, installation, worktop templating and installation and final tiling, reconnection of electrics and plumbing. Particular thanks to kitchen fitters Steve and David, who were excellent, efficient and professional throughout the process. Couple of small quibbles - I felt somewhat railroaded on the design visit to accept the 'on-the-day- discount. I didn't have the opportunity to compare suppliers as I took the offer out of fear of losing out. Secondly, I decided against my initial sink choice and was charged 20% of the sink price to return/replace it, which I thought was very steep considering it was still sealed in its box. I then found the replacement sink cheaper elsewhere to make up for this, so they lost a sale there. But overall, very happy with my experience and would recommend! From start to finish I have to say I am really impressed with every aspect of the Roomsense experience. From the initial product suggestion, price, discount and survey, delivery and right the way through to installation. We encountered some issues with the plumbing, gas and electrical situation which held up the installation. Not only did Nicky Bristow and his team of tradesmen all work to resolve the issues quickly for us, their product was immaculate. He and all the lads are a credit to the Roomsense brand and to themselves. Big five stars from us. Will and Ana, in Stevenage. This is my second kitchen with Roomsense! We got our first home in 2020 when we got our kitchen with Roomsense, we loved it so much we stuck with them again for our new home this year! I had looked around at Wren, Wickes, Homebase, Howdens and Magnet but Roomsense was our choice. They just made me feel confident and comfortable that the quality of the kitchen and finish will be beyond expectations – which it was! The kitchen has just been completed and it has been done to an exceptional standard. Since approaching Roomsense, Andrea who helped design the kitchen for me (and helped give me advice regardless of what it is about at any time of the day) created our dream kitchen. We couldn’t be happier! Valdes was our kitchen fitter, and I must say he completed the job to a remarkable standard, you cannot find 1 fault (even to the millimetre) with the finish. I would therefore strongly recommend Roomsense, they will help you throughout the process and are very responsive/supportive. Any issues they were able to react to immediately and managed my expectations perfectly. Thank you team! Fitted their kitchen. Everything is chipboard. Chipboard plinths, chipboard side panels, chipboard carcasses. They told customer that their kitchen is mdf. Chipboard is the lower end of the market, but charge top end prices. Chipboard main diapointment was the chip plinths and side panels. So obviously if you have a spilage, then everyone knows what happens. They try and use their own fitters so you don't know what your getting. The designer told them their kitchens are mdf. Howdens plinths are mdf including side panels, have stronger legs too. They designed most of kitchen without side panels. For example, no side panels either side of oven, therefore oven edges showing. So had to re order more panels to get it looking the same as otherside. Even top unts dont have side panels. They are friends, so no extra profit there for me. Yes was trying to persuade them with Howdens because i can get kitchen in a couple of days and not wait 5 weeks. For your info the services were not fitted by me. Been fitting kitchens as a carpenter for 30years never one complaint. Kitchen fitting is basic carpentry. So if your going to use words like slanderous, why do the same back. Your only contradicting yourself, proving that you cannot take a complaint. My problem is, that you lied to the customer saying your whole kitchen is mdf and your extortionate prices for sidepanels and waiting time and bad design.
