These guys are the worst(Oscar is the only good). I strongly recommend to see above. If you want to pay them before seeing a room , don't do it. I paid 200£ to book a camera ,they told me that the money were deducted from the full amount , so I asked if there were any costs and they repeted me the same things ,but at the end the 200£ magically became a fee. The room I saw was in bad conditions : dirty, full of clothes , with the wardrobe to be assembled , without a tent. The landlord communicated me a price higher that the price agreed with the agency and than he offered me a "discount". When I came back to the agency they said that I couldn't see others rooms unless I pay one mounth plus deposit. They could have good rooms , but they don't have good ideals.
