Prepare to bring your own knives/forks/spoons as they always seem to be missing. Brought my own toilet brush as that was missing too. When I arrived my shower was only giving cold water, not what I needed at the end of a busy day. They did fix it as soon as they could though.

The room I’ve recently rented with Rooms in Kent is amazing. I felt like home from the very beginning. It’s in a new building, clean and well equipped, located in a nice and quiet area. The housemates are lovely, all professionals, they made me feel very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and we interact through an online platform, which I find very convenient. I am very happy with the choice I made and I would definitely recommend Rooms in Kent.

Holly and Laura who are the main points of contact throughout your tenancy are really helpful. Laura is always a delight to talk to and always tries her best to resolve any issues which you may have. The properties are well maintained and if you require any assistance the team usually are quite punctual in helping.
