I can only recommend to avoid buying from Room to Grow. There are a lot of products that are out of stock (almost forever) and several costumers complain that they do not issue refunds within 14 days as they are required (see trustpilot as well). If possible I would have given them 0 stars. My case: They informed me that the desk I ordered was not available even three months after (initially the desk was out of stock 1 month which I knew and it still appears to be out of stock). They asked me to consider buying a new desk but I declined and I cancelled the order. Room To Grow accepted the cancellation and advised me that my refund will be issued within 14 days. 21 calendar days later I have not yet received my refund. I have sent them an email and they replied that they have prioritised my refund and will refund me asap (but they did not specify date, even though my refund is overdue and I have asked them to specify a date). I am afraid that the only way left is to contact my Credit Card provider to make a claim and get my money back.

DO NOT USE!! Paid for a bed, to be then told it was out of stock, and that they would have to cancel my order. Still waiting for a refund 16 days after cancelled order. They never answer the phone and now not replying back to my emails.

We ordered the Jubilee Bunks beds and I wish we had read reviews prior to purchase. Our thoughts were let’s give some business to a smaller company that appear to have a premium product. We have parted with over £800 so not a small amount at all. Mattresses arrived promptly, bunk beds were delayed and delayed and delayed. Finally they arrived about four boxes in total and were not easy to assemble and definitely required two people at certain times. As putting together we noticed about 6 separate pieces were either chipped, missing paint or cracked. Not the premium we were hoping for! Nevertheless we had already dismantled the other boys beds so we had to continue. Once up, the beds are nice, sturdy but are creaky. Next we unpacked the mattresses and threw one straight onto the top bunk as the boys were keen to play up there. Course they were it’s bunk beds! The mattress turns out to be too small, in fact both are. The defects and small mattresses were all reported they agreed a small refund with the issues and sorted a delivery of new mattresses but when they arrive they were also too small. You have to be really bad at your job to mess things up so many times it appears basic checks aren’t taking place or worse just being ignored in the hope they get missed. We’ve now ordered new mattresses elsewhere from a reliable retailer. We live in a 2 bed flat but have 4 unwanted mattresses lying in our hallway, we keep ringing to find out when they will be picked up and of course, true to form, any date provided for pick up never actually materialises! They won’t return the money without receiving the mattresses back so we are stuck with them until they can work out the basics of logistics. This company is desperately poor at everything they do and don’t even have a good product, they’ve ruined what should have been a really exciting experience for a family. We understand mistakes can happen but when the mistakes start racking up so quickly with no customer care whatsoever you wonder how they stay afloat. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOT USE. Owner doesn't care. Bought the Estelle set, expected reasonable quality for the price, panels in all 3 pieces had laminate chipping off. 6 weeks to replace them and when they came they were damaged also. Returned the goods , then the courier did not turn up after taking a days holiday to wait for them , owner doesn't really care despite 8 weeks of having bits off furniture all over the house and despite reaching out to her private email address... . Next did a much better job .... AVOID room to grow.

We bought the Breeze Mid-sleeper for our daughter and I can can honestly say, she absolutely loves it. It's made bedtime easier as she's now excited to sleep in her new bed. She loves making dens underneath and although it's a large bed, it's given us a lot more space in the room, with the draws and space underneath. I found the website experience really easy and informative. I'm always conscious when buying anything for my kids, but there was plenty of information on the website to reassure me it was right for us. My order came on time and I was kept informed by the courier so I could make sure we were in to take delivery. I'll certainly be coming back when my youngest is old enough for a mid sleeper!

Ordered my babies cot end of December, with the email saying that it would be despatched in January. Had an email from a gentleman apologising that it won’t be available until February. And again another email in February to say there is another delay. That’s all anybody wants, just an update and not feel like you need to chase them. I did read the reviews and was a bit sceptical about these, but I’ve now received my full order, it’s all absolutely perfect and I can’t fault them at all. I think all I would suggest to anyone thinking of ordering is to make sure you aren’t wanting it ASAP, other than that I’m happy with the service I received, thank you.

Purchased a bunkbed for our son in January this year, after seeing a recommendation in an article online. Was really impressed with their choice and also the colour range available. We went for the Jubilee Bunk Bed in Soft Grey in the end, which suited my son's room perfectly. We also liked this bed as it could be separated out into two single beds if needed. We ordered in October and took delivery in January, knowing when we ordered that they weren't expecting any stock until December. After unwrapping and starting to build the bed we noticed a few surface scuff marks and scratches in the paint work. It was nothing major but I thought I'd email Room To Grow just to make them aware. They responded immediately and offered me a 10% refund on the cost of the bunkbed. This was processed the same day which I was really impressed with. The bunkbed has been great and my son loves it. Just this week my over zealous younger son jumped on the top bunk breaking one of the slats in two! I emailed Room to Grow again. They responded really quickly and said they would check the warehouse for a replacement slat. Within a few hours they had confirmed that they had sent out two replacement slats to our home address at no cost to us. I was really impressed with that customer service! I would very much recommend Room to Grow for great products and more importantly excellent aftercare and customer service.
