We stayed in their 2 bedroom accommodation (booked through Airbnb). There was a spacious living area with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable couches. There was a double and twin room and a walk in shower bathroom. There is lots of outdoor space, with seating directly outside and a pleasant area with a fire pit and morning shade. The accommodation backed onto the stables and our daughter liked to see the horses. The staff let her meet them. The location is quite remote and it's a drive to nearby Bosham or Emsworth. It was very hot whilst we were there and it was difficult to keep the double bedroom cool as the window only opened fractionally. There were also LOTS of flies; this might have been due to the heat or the horses or a combination. I would recommend in cooler weather as a good base for the area.

Very nice and roomy appartement. Unfortunately no useful WiFi and several broken lamps. Also a smelly dishwasher and hardly any useful kitchen utensils. A very nice smart-tv but no network cable. This place could easily score ***** with a little effort.
