It is best to avoid this dentist and visit another one in the neighbourhood instead. There are many better ones nearby. Avoid this at all costs. It is not worth the time and money to receive such poor service. The office is only open one day a week, and when you want to schedule an appointment, you have to wait 4 weeks to get one. In addition, the receptionist is rude and tries to hang up the phone when patients call with questions.

The worst service desk ever. I was in big pain and got an appointment and got confirmation on my email. When I arrived there on time, I was told that my appointment was cancelled and I shouldn't be surprised because I got a text while I didn't. They blamed me that they don't have proper phone number, so?! If you know number is not proper, was it so hard to send second email with that information??? You not only wasted my time but also caused me to be in pain for longer! Shame on you! Will tell all my friends to avoid this pathetic place at all costs.

Terrible dental practice. My dentist is on annual leave and have no one to cover for his patients. They Using 111 resources for the patient who in emergency need to be seen. Rude staff and no respect. Avoid at all cost. Much friendly dental practice out there avoid this one!
