Just had a cold caller at my door ringing my door bell, despite a sign saying no cold callers. I work from home, it sets my dogs off barking and I am on important video calls which should not be interrupted. The guy himself expected to chat, looked like he was homeless and needed a good wash. I know the weather is not pleasant today, but not a good impression and certainly not someone I would look to purchase anything from on my doorstep when they clearly cannot read or respect my sign. Tried to call the company to voice my displeasure and no answer.

I called this company to quote on two garage doors for me. The rep was late arriving and I called their office and the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude to me so I cancelled the whole quotation over the phone. Poor customer service and would certainly never recommend or deal with this company in any way.

As usual, all the staff at Roofriendly are polite, considerate, knowledgable, and thoroughly professional. An absolute pleasure to have them improve our home. I would 100% recommend this company for not only the products, service and aftercare they provide but all the people from the initial sales/surveyor/fitters and all their associated staff. Well, Roofiendly were meant to come out and do some repair work and put right some of the poor work that was done by installation fitters, but promise after promise to come out with several dates given have every time resulting in no one turning up on any date and time promised.. Very very poor after care by this company

I cant praise this company enough. We had facias and soffits,plus three triple glazed windows fitted. Both teams were polite ,efficient and carried the work out to a first class standard. They really seemed to care about about their work. It really was a breath of fresh air in the attitude one sees more and more today. I would not hesitate to recommend them . Second installation of remaining windows. Same outstanding service. Really happy.
