Roofline Design recently completed 2 jobs for us this month. They replaced the main facias and soffits on our bungalow and then we asked them to replace the roof and cladding on our dorma. In these challenging times I felt daunted by the prospect of dealing with companies and getting quotes for home improvements but I needn't have worried, every communication and interaction we have had with the Roofline Design team has been positive. What we really liked was: 1. The fact that the initial survey included a full explanation of the work you complete. It gave us confidence that the work would be completed to a very high standard. 2. They provided quality services at a very competitive prices that didn't change. 3. They completed our jobs quickly and professionally to a very high standard 4. All of the Roofline personnel were friendly and helpful. 5. At the end of the jobs the team tidied up and removed the debris, we wouldn't know that they had been there - apart from the fact that our dorma, facias and soffits now look fantastic! I would just like to relay my thanks to firstly Scott and Darren (Daz) for their professionalism and continuous dedication, during their installation of the fascia's, soffits, and guttering etc to our property. They were pleasant, extremely hard working, clean and respectful to our property. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to have them working here. The quality of the work could only be described as 'first class'. And when they were finished, ahead of time, I might add, Darren cleaned up with his new brush. Thanks again lads. In relation to the organisation, to completion, the transaction, whilst a little more than other quotes, was well worth the extra, with the old wood completely removed and the new plastics fitted by experts (Scott and Darren). Roofline design carried out removal and replacement of soffits and fascia’s, gutters and down pipes to my property. The lads worked very tidily and cleaned up after the work was completed in atrocious weather conditions. The workmanship was top notch and I chose roofline because their price was competitive and they specialise in the type of work required.

Roofline Design did an incredible job in removing old and fitting new soffits, facias and gutters at our house. From quote to completion the whole process was first class and professional. Andy was extremely thorough using understandable layman's terms when describing what work would be done before providing the very competitive quote. He was never pushy and remained totally professional and personable throughout. The work was done by Darren and Scott. Both were 100% professional and polite. Despite travelling a long distance, they arrived on time and worked extremely hard to complete in the promised timeframe. The standard of their work throughout was top class and to the highest quality. They did not leave a single piece of debris to the point that you would not have known they had been here. In dire need of gutter/facia/downpipes etc replacement. I contacted several so called leading companies. Roof line immediately jumped to the top of the list with a quick response and survey but most importantly, that no money needed to be paid upfront, only at the completion of all the work and to my satisfaction. At this point I suspected our large Dorma at the rear of the property would also require attention as it had been 20 odd years since the installation. It did, they videoed it for me to show the full extent of the wear and tear and I gave them the go ahead for a full replacement. All the team were polite & professional throughout, leaving the property in a very clean and tidy condition. Whenever I had a question, it was answered in full. A great job from start to finish with a particular thanks to Darren and Scott. Considering the additional work I had done, the price tag was very realistic and did not shock compared to other companies who had quoted. I would highly recommend Roofline Design.
