Great customer service from an efficient friendly team. One of my tubs of liquid rubber roofing arrived empty as it was damaged in transit. One call to the customer service team followed by an email with photos and another was sent right away. Wrong items send and damage order 8 sheets and come 7 sheets, aluminium profiles order 8 come 7 length by 35mm and come 25mm . They told me I ordered wrong and not change the items.
