What an appalling level of service from the top. Spoke to the guys on the shop floor, who were really helpfull, but then the job went to the top for costing. A week later, phone calls every day with promises to get back to me I am still no further forward on either the cost or whether they will do the job at all. It's not hard, you have the details, just work out a price you'd think. Clearly too much to ask.

Very easy to deal with. The sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful and dealt with us changing the sizes and quantities we required with no problems. Their delivery driver was peasant, helpful and was happy to assist in unloading given we had not forklift. I would happily recommend this company and we will use them again.

I ve been here to get some corrugated roofing. The girl in the office was very polite and helpful. The owner and the production manager Mac was very professional. Had cut the sheets as per the requirements with out any hesitation .Usually you don’t expect to get a smiley and happy customer service in construction and workshops but this place is exceptional . Every one there was helpful. Well done team .
