Needed a 35sqm fibreglass roofing kit and needed a black top coat. Went to Google and found Roofing Kits Direct. Placed the order (website was brilliant) - got an email acknowledgment - 24 hours later all 8 items turn up. If - like me - you want to buy everything you need for a fibreglass roof then you've found the right website. Having now fitted the roof the quality of the resin / matting / top coat and all the ancilliary items were first class (despite my DIY skills !)

Would highly recommend this company. They have the personal touch and were very prompt in getting my materials out to me. When they arrived there was an error in one of the adhesives which was dealt with extremely promptly and replacement arrived the next day. Cannot recommend them highly enough for quality of products and excellent customer service.

I have been compelled to write this review for RKD and give a 5 Star rating because of the experience I recently had with this company, and in particular, the person that took my initial call. It’s not every day that I feel the need to express my gratitude for the help, support and customer service that I receive from a company, but with this company, I felt that it was important to share my positive experience. I spent days researching the internet for GRP trims and other roofing materials for a 2 roof project and decided to call RKD to confirm what I needed to complete the work. I spoke to Neil Sutton who I can honestly say was one of the most helpful contacts I've ever spoken to in a company. He listened to what I was looking to do with the 2 roof project that I had undertaken to complete myself, he advised accordingly. He asked me to email him with pictures of all the areas and sections of the roofs that I was going to be working on, and promptly came back to me within 24 hours with suggestions, most of which were at a lesser cost than what I had actually listed. Neil also assured me that he would be there to help me with any technical issues that I may have, and that was whether or not I purchased the products from his company or another company. That was exactly what I needed to hear in order to give me the confidence to order from RKD. I found it necessary to contact Neil a few more times to ascertain that I'd actually understood what I needed to order and found that he had the time and patience to help me. I would therefore recommend this company to anyone, both domestic and professional. Honest, reasonably priced and above all, great customer service. Thank you Neil and keep up the great service.
