Employed this company to fix small ceiling leak in toilet...i was advised the felt needed replacing in roof. The Job was done...disaster !!!! Next time it rained, not only did the leak reappear in the toilet but their was a second major water ingress in bedroom.... damage to plaster work, flooding on floor etc . Roofer did come out to try & repair but this still did not solve the problem ! He came out again & again & then suggested various other recommendations to help solve the problem ( costing me extra money on top of what i had already paid !!) Water leaks continued to appear. Ultimately, i had to pay for an independent structural survey to determine what the problem was ? The report was extremely critical of the very poor workmanship of this roofer! The report did tell me however, what the problem was & i had to get a second builder to fix this. The roof is now completely dry . I approached the original roofer for some form of remuneration but despite many promises he would do so, i have yet to receive any compensation & he fails to answer my calls !!!!!!!!!!!!!
