Avoid this company at all costs. Untrained operatives carrying out the work, kids putting up scaffolding who clearly aren’t competent. Roofers who clearly haven’t had any training at all, cutting asbestos in the middle of The street absolute bunch of cowboys and not to mention the snotty office manager who knows it all 🙈 If you are going to book, I’d ring up first and ask for peoples qualifications because they won’t have any! Don’t bother to ask to speak to the boss anyway because he’s phone shy!

This companies staff damaged my car while attending to fix a leak on my roof 12th January. The lads couldn’t be more apologetic at the time promising they where insured, for accidents like this. I was contacted Initially asking me to send photos and they would get my car booked in for repairs, Then they choose to ignore me for 2 months eventually after threatening to go though my car insurance. I was contacted again getting my car booked in at a bodyshop, Roofcare advising they would pay and arrange a hire car for myself. Sending me proof via email. The day arrived to collect my hire car, after arriving at enterprise in a taxi no hire car had been booked. Roofcare have again choose to ignore me, I have contacted Scott company director numerous times not a single reply. How can someone claiming to have won awards on their website be so rude and ignorant. They have now not only let me down wasting my time and money also the Bodyshop my car was booked in at. My car insurance will now deal with this for me. People be aware in the event off an accident if they attend your property. Absolute waste of space. Service: Roof repair

Appointed by my housing association. After an initial patch was applied, I had to follow up full repair twice, and almost 7 weeks later it was done. Packaging of new tile and several chunks of tile/roof debris left dropped onto rear pathway. Creating trip hazard. Very poor, lazy service. Still not removed after 2 complaints to HA. Not 100% satisfied as advertised. This repair should also have been done when previous storm damage occurred. Service: Roof repair

We had a team member round to provide a quote for a full roof re-fit. We were told we'd get the quote within the week. It's been 6 months... Tried to chase it up and was told the person had since left and that we would need to arrange another visit. We agreed to that and we were told someone would be in touch... it's been two weeks! Can't comment on the work as we never got that far!
