This surgery is awful. I'd give 0 star if I could. The staff on the phone are ok. But the Dr's (Dr Yassin & Dr Basheer) are extremely rude and cannot be bothered to take your call. They have hung up on me more than once, I've been told that I can't mention a 2nd problem and I'd have to call back next day, bearing in mind I was only 2 minits into my 10 minit appointment slot. When I was going to be referred i asked if I could have a closer hospital instead of the one almost 2 hours away and was told I should appreciate the NHS and not be fussy. The receptionist gave me an incorrect appointment time so when the dr called and I couldn't speak to him he got annoyed and hung up whilst I was taliking. I asked to see him (in person, not just a phone call) he said "you're only mental health, I don't need yo see you" The list goes on, honestly I have never met such rude doctors. They are there to help us but instead they treat us like dirt, leaving us feeling a lot worse than when we called. Edited after my visit today. Dr Yasin is the rudest person i have ever spoken to. First time seeing him in person. He doesn't look at you, listen to you, and he has NO idea how to talk to people. Very very rude. Raised his voice when I challenged something he said. I left the surgery with pain in my chest from anger and stress. Who does he think he is treating people that way???

very good staff and always listening. my children and all family are registered here, they always look after us. receptionist very kind and helpful. due to coronavirus they offered me telephone consultation and video - very easy and convenient as I did not want to travel. excellent service! :)
