Decent, if not great, food coupled with shocking customer service that I have never experienced before!!! Have ordered from here a few times and food always good, if sometimes a little later than stated. Ordered online at 5:50pm for delivery at 7:30pm on Valentine’s Day. Understand that it’ll be busy on this day, so waited until 7:55pm before calling to find out where our order was? Spoke with the owner, who was incredibly rude… “Not our fault”… “the time on the website shouldn’t be believed” - why have a preferred delivery time on YOUR website then?? I then said that I now didn’t want the food, but he hung up whilst I was speaking, only to receive a call from their (very polite) driver stating that the food will be a further 15 minutes!! Again stated that I don’t want it. Two minutes later, received another call from the self proclaimed “boss man”, who said that I was going to pay for the food! When I declined his kind offer, he proceeded to call me a wa*ker and never to order from his restaurant again!😮 It’s obviously my fault that they were going to be 45 minutes late! ORDER FROM HERE AT YOUR PERIL AND NEVER PAY BY CARD AS YOU MAY BE WAITING A LOT LONGER THAN THEIR WEBSITE STATES… but it’ll be your fault!!!!!!
