I emailed customer service on Thursday regarding my disappointing bouquet. As per previous reviewer the flowers did not look fresh on arrival. 2 days later and wilting more and within 5 days fit only for the bin. I haven’t heard back from my email so leaving a review here. It’s a shame as they are very stylish but would expect better quality. I’m not sure if they were exposed to too much cold but most of the stems didn’t open up properly.

I have ordered flowers twice from Ronny Colbie in last year or so. The bouquets are stylish and modern looking but sadly the quality of the stems isn’t great. Both times there are flowers that look tired on day one. By day four most of them are looking really bad. Feels like they are using up flowers that are on their last legs despite changing the water twice already.

I placed my order just after 10am for same day London delivery (which was between noon and 7pm). They arrived at 6.59pm which wasn’t ideal as they were going to an office in central London so recipient had left by then. Suggest you specify a more precise time when ordering if you need them to arrive within office hours. Had I known they would get there that late I would have ordered the day before. Not worth the £15.99 same day delivery charge. Flowers were nothing special either, they looked better on the website photos than in real life. Disappointed overall.
