A night ruined by bad customer service and a rude manager This review is intended for rondo la cave: After hearing good reviews, we decided to host a leaving party at Rondo la cave. The food and wine were good. However when the manager finally took our order after waiting 30 mins, they at no point asked if anyone had allergies and the menu did not specify that anything contained peanuts. As a result of this, the night ended in an ambulance. This could all be forgiven if the manager accepted the blame and moved on. Instead they victim blamed and said we should've told them. Unacceptable and an unprofessional way to handle the situation and we will not be going back.
