Great shop for all your sewing needs, materials, patterns and much more. Polite friendly helpful staff. Would recommend it to everyone. So glad to have this sewing shop on my doorstep. The area would be lost without this little gem. Otherwise you would have to travel miles to get your sewing bits or order online. Me personally I prefer to go to a shop

Great service, knowledge, and links to the industry. I have a modern sewing machine that needed a quote for repair as it was damaged in transit. They found the fault and were able to service and repair the machine with genuine parts. They kept open and quick communication with me during the process, which was fantastic. While killing time I stumbled across this lovely little shop in Waltham Cross. I have to say the lady working in the shop was very warm and friendly, and so was Paul, who had a wealth of knowledge about vintage Singer sewing machines. I was so impressed with both staff and the shop, I have now subscribed to their website and looking forward to visiting the shop very soon in the near future.

Today I brought a embroidery machine from this wonderful family run business for over 40 years. With the free machine demo and excellent service I have to say this is a great place to purchase something like this. A shop full of old sewing machines all on view took my breath away. I also purchased everything I needed for my embroidery machine all in this wonderful shop. With fabrics, trimmings, cottons and so much more. I couldn't recommend this place any more, excellent customer service with a real friendly feel. Thank you so much 😊
