My family have been dealing with this company for many years buying chainsaws, longarms and ride on mowers until today. My experience in the parts department with a old, miserable, rude, unprofessional thing (man) behind the counter has now stopped any purchases from me or my family again. Absolutely superb service from all at Ron Smith and Co as usual. We had a significant issue with our Kubota GR2120 mower, which another local company had told us made the mower not worth repairing and was scrap. Took it into Ron Smith, and Chris in the workshop took one look, identified the issue as something relatively simple to repair, and sorted it out quickly and effectively. The mower had come back to us looking and running as good as new and we can't thank Chris and the others in the workshop for such superb service. Will definitely be back again! Thanks!
