Dropped off a stihl strimmer 12 weeks ago for a service ready for the season. Have chased it up but no avail. Today was telephoned (no apology for the time taken) to say it would cost £300 did I want them to start........... Don`t think so, will add £50-£100 and buy a new one elsewhere and will pick it up,. ah £40 please for the privilege (waiting for 3 months?) NOT PLEASED TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!

It's nice to be able to get sound advice from the staff here. As an absolute novice, they discussed my needs for a rotavator and gave me suggestions to consider and info to take away. Sometimes shopping on line with no real support is not a good idea and I highly recommend that you visit the showroom to physically see what is available. May save you making a mistake. I will definitely go back to this store.
