Yesterday I popped into the store to have a gait analysis to find the right pair of trainers for my long walks and for the gym. I met Nick and he gave me really good advice and with his help I was able to find the perfect pair of trainers that were suitable for my foot pronation. Nick is also very friendly and very knowledgeable and I cannot recommend him enough and Ron Flowers over the outstanding service. 10 out of 10

If I could give zero I would. In june I purchased my sons school uniform. Initially I was given a primary school blazer for the royal though my son was going into year 7, something we emphasised multiple times. After I realised my self that the blazer was the wrong one I went and exchanged it and thought it was all okay. Today my son had his first day and comes back completely devastated and embarrassed saying he had the wrong tie and was told off. The store refused to give me a refund claiming everyone makes mistakes and that we should accept it and because of that I had to buy a new tie. Why should I have to suffer because of something you did. You clearly don’t bother to train your staff well enough and don’t care about customer service. Luckily my sons uniform is also stocked at another store so I will be going there because this is terrible. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I went in to get a pair of running shoes, I had no idea what shoes to get but I was given a free analysis on a treadmill providing I bought shoes from that shop, the guy helping me choose the shoes was great, he was great at helping me find the best pair of trainers and I'm super happy with my purchase.
