Awful! Avoid, avoid, avoid! If I could give this less than 1 star I would have. Poor customer service. This company is a bunch of scammers who will find reasons not to refund your money when you return unwanted items which are defective. One of the reps, Florencia, if that’s her real name, needs to be trained on how to be respectful and professional when she responds to customers. She is a disgrace and the company would do well to either train her or get rid of her. When asked to connect with her supervisor she replied by saying that her supervisor is aware and is telling her what to say and how to respond. A bunch of amateurs. What a joke! Update- two weeks on and still haven’t heard from the person who replied to this review to try and resolve the issue.These guys are scammers! And goes to show they don’t care about anything as long as they have your money. Avoid!

Shambolic customer services! Placed an order online only to be told the next day it had to be cancelled as there was an error on their website showing an item in stock when it shouldn't have been. No attempt made to try and find the item in my size in any stores, no attempt made to offer an alternative when the error was on their part. Was then given a partial refund with the other item in my order dispatched when I wasn't even given time to say what I wanted to do with the remaining item. Tried to cancel the item but received no answer. Tried calling the London store to source the top I wanted in my size. They didn't have it and told me to email customer services to enquire about other store's stock even though I'd already tried that. By far the worst customer services I've received from a "premium" fashion brand. It's a shame as their clothes are lovely but I won't be a returning customer.

Competence lacking staff, can’t elaborate on materials or how the garment fits no more than “it looks nice”. They are not bothered with providing proper service there. I think staff at h&m does better. One day store was opened half an hour later than supposed to, leaving customers waiting outside.

Customer support refused to replace a baseball hat that became unwearable due to incorrect care instructions stitched in the cap. They recognized the care label was wrong, but they stated that this did not make the hat defective and it was not eligible to be replaced because it was no longer on sale. This is not the level of customer service people should expect from a premium brand.
