I'm sorry to write a negative review about them, as they have been very nice before the purchase, and the wood I bought was more or less fine. I though had a problem with two of the beams being damaged (one with two extra saw cuts in the middle, and one with a severely shortened edge) - I contacted them and it took me two weeks to get a response and an offer of 15% refund on those two items - I thought it wasn't much but...I didn't want to discuss for too long, so I accepted their offer. Silence since then! Two weeks have passed, I've sent several emails but...just silence! Unfortunately I cannot recommend them... After leaving the review above, Rob Currie & Sons issued the refund, mentioning that all my emails went on their spam folder. I understand that this is indeed a potential problem beyond their control, and I acknowledge that they will put additional efforts to avoid these problems in the future. For this reason, I'm happy to increase the number of stars of my review from 1 to 3.
